Nigel Langhorn Profile

After many years working in the public sector Nigel is now rising to a fresh challenge in the business community.  A Fellow of both the Institute of Leadership and Management, the Chartered Management Institute and an Associate Member of the Institute of Consulting he is well equipped to make the difference to your organisation. During his time in the public sector he has gained significant experience in strategic policy formulation, change management planning and implementation, project management, internal consultancy, leadership training and development and facilitation techniques.

Nigel has worked with FTSE 100 companies in driving and implementing strategy down through the organisation and engaging and empowering individuals to increase performance and productivity. He specialises in helping leaders and managers get the most out of their most valuable asset – their people.  He works both nationally and internationally.
