Gosport Business Centre is a successful example of a public/private partnership. The centre was financed and is owned by SEEDA, with Basepoint having designed and project managed the construction, and running it under a long term management contract.
The centre is located on the A32 Fareham Road in Gosport approximately three miles from junction 11 of the M27 and within easy reaches of both Gosport and Fareham Town centres.
The centre provides a wide range of flexible business accommodation, ranging from 1 or 2 person units, through larger units available individually or in suites, and includes a broad selection of self contained workshop and studios including some with mezzanines, suitable for heavier type uses. There is also an incubator suite where fully equipped workstations are available specifically for starter businesses. Something to suit every small business! (Subject to availability).
